1. Clean the exterior and dead angle of the drilling machine, remove and wash the covers, and require that the inside and outside of the drilling machine be clean, rust-free, yellow robe-free, and the paint be visible with iron. Clean the guide rail surface and remove burrs on the working table surface. Check the screw, handball, hand plate, check the flexibility and reliability of each handle.

 


 
2. Maintenance of drilling machine spindle feeding box: check oil quality, keep good, oil quantity meets requirements. Remove spindle cone hole burr. Clean hydraulic transmission system, oil filter and adjust oil pressure.
 
3. Inspection of lifting and clamping mechanism of drilling machine: Check and adjust lifting and clamping mechanism to achieve sensitivity and reliability.
 
4. Inspection of lubrication system of drilling machine: cleaning felt, requiring complete oil cups, smooth oil passage and bright oil windows.
 
5. Inspection of drilling machine cooling system: cleaning cooling pump, filter and coolant tank. Check the coolant pipeline, no leakage is required.
 
6. Electrical system inspection of drilling machine: cleaning dust inside and outside motor and electric box. Turn off the power supply, open the door cover, check whether the electrical connectors and components are loose and aging. Check whether the limit switch is working properly. Does open the door and cut off the electricity work? Check whether the hydraulic system is normal and whether there is oil leakage. Whether the electrical control switches are normal or not.
